Job summary

Shavish Group in Pune district is seeking a production planning and control professional to manage planning, execution, and troubleshooting of production activities. You will optimize manpower and machine utilization and coordinate BOM changes with design and planning teams.

Responsibilities include monthly production planning, monitoring overdue orders, maintaining inventory reports, and ensuring 5S compliance in the production area. Strong reporting and IMS documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot production line issues and implement corrective actions.
• Skills in planning material flow and coordinating with design/planning teams.
• Knowledge of quality, maintenance and design interfaces in production.
• Experience with changes in BOM and communicating to relevant teams.
• Proven capability to prepare monthly production plans.
• Ability to monitor orders, aging, and material issues for inventory control.
• Competence in manpower loading analysis and optimization.
• Experience maintaining production reports and testing records.
• Strong adherence to 5S and housekeeping in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Handling Production related task including planning, control & troubleshooting.
• Optimizing Man & Machine utilization to achieve per set production target.
• Planning & execution of production activities.
• Solving online problems related to Quality, Maintenance & Design.
• Responsible for changes in BOM & further intimation to design & planning team.
• Prepare monthly production plan.
• Daily preparation of overdue, under due orders & running work order ageing in week wise slabs & monitor regularly to control on production.
• Keep continuous watch on balance to produce report, daily issuing material & stock ledger for inventory control perspective.
• Ensure manpower loading vs actual; analyze gaps if any.
• Updating daily assembly reports & testing reports.
• Ensuring good housekeeping in production section (5S).
• Co-ordinate with TPI.
• Maintain company procedure wise all documents(IMS).
• Declare daily production value as per load availability.
