Job summary

Transasia Bio Medicals is seeking a hands-on Production/Manufacturing Engineer to lead day-to-day operations in Mumbai. You will plan, execute, and supervise production activities, ensuring productivity, quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with planning, quality, maintenance and supply chain, monitoring schedules and KPIs, driving continuous improvement with Lean, 5S and Kaizen, and mentoring operators for safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Automobile Engineering.
• 510 years of experience in assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Production Planning, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, RCA, FMEA and quality tools.

• Improve FPY, reduce rework and rejection rates, and enhance process efficiency.
• Supervise and train production operators and technicians while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators.

• Supervise and train production operators and technicians while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering.
