Job summary

Rempact in Gurugram district, Haryana, India, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing, plan production, allocate manpower, and supervise shop-floor teams. The role requires strict adherence to quality standards, safety, and efficient material management.

You will coordinate with Stores, Purchase, QA and Dispatch, while maintaining records and monitoring machine performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Manage raw material and packaging material needs.
• Ensure proper segregation of FG, rejects and WIP.
• Work on reducing wastage and production losses.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and production reporting.
