Job summary

Greythr in Hyderabad is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met with quality standards. The role requires coordinating manpower, monitoring processes and materials, and maintaining shift records.

You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams to resolve issues, optimize yield, and uphold hygiene and safety standards across the production area.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.
• Manage manpower and allocate work across production lines.
• Monitor raw materials, production processes and finished products.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor production wastage, yield and process losses.
• Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise data.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Identify production issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
