Job summary

Freshtohome is seeking a Production Planning & Control lead to plan shift activities, guide operators and technicians, and ensure daily targets are met while upholding safety and quality across the line.

You will drive 5S, downtime management, production reporting, and continuous improvement, leveraging ERP and Excel for data entry and analysis. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Control: Plan shift activities and achieve daily production targets.
• Manpower Management: Allocate operators/workers effectively and manage shift attendance.
• Machine & Process Knowledge: Understand production machines, processes, and operating parameters.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
• Safety Management: Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve production, machine, and process problems.
• Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and coordinate operators and technicians.
• Communication Skills: Clearly communicate instructions and shift requirements.
• 5S & Housekeeping: Maintain workplace organisation, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Downtime Management: Monitor machine breakdowns and minimise production losses.
• Production Reporting: Maintain shift production, rejection, downtime, and manpower reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• Time Management: Prioritise activities to meet production schedules.
• Basic Computer Skills: Excel, ERP, production reporting, and data entry.
• KRA Monitoring: Track OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and target achievement.
