Job summary

Responsibilities

Achieve daily production targets as per the approved plan.
Monitor actual production against plan and take corrective action for shortfalls.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and resources.
Coordinate with departments to resolve production-related issues and maintain smooth operations.
Achieve 100% of the planned production with KPI-defined minimum performance.

Job description

o Achievedaily production quantities as per the approved production plan.
o Monitoractual production against planned production and take corrective action forshortfalls.
o Ensureoptimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and production resources.
o Coordinatewith relevant departments to resolve production-related issues and maintainsmooth operations.
o Achieve 100% of the planned production, with minimum acceptable performance asdefined by the KPI.

2. Quality & ComplaintControl

o Monitorproduction processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards.
o Identifyand control quality deviations at the production stage.
o Minimizeproduct quality complaints and work toward zero product quality complaints.
o Coordinatewith Quality and other concerned teams for root-cause analysis and correctiveactions.
o Ensurethe production log sheet is submitted by 9:00 AM on the next day.
o Ensurethe maintenance log is submitted by 10:00 AM as required.
o Maintainaccurate production and operational records.
o Identifydeviations, pending tasks and follow-up requirements.
o Ensuretimely closure of assigned actions and avoid missed reporting deadlines.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

o Ensurecompliance with all workplace safety rules and procedures.
o Monitorthe safety of employees as well as contractor personnel working under theproduction area.
o Maintaina zero-accident and zero-safety-violation environment.
o Ensuremachinery and plant areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
o Conductregular checks for unsafe conditions and housekeeping deficiencies and takeimmediate corrective action.

5. Machinery & EquipmentMaintenance

o Monitormachinery and equipment condition during production
o Executes preventive maintenance activities as per the defined schedules.
o Taketimely action with predictive and corrective maintenance activities to preventbreakdowns production losses and to reduce maintenance costs.
o Ensurebreakdowns or equipment damage caused by inadequate attention or preventivemaintenance failure are reduced.
o Maintainproper communication and follow-up on maintenance-related issues.
