Job summary

Blufox Entertainment is seeking an energetic professional in Delhi to plan and execute events from pre-production through final delivery. You will coordinate with fabricators, printers, and partners, and manage BOQs, production plans, timelines and checklists.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in Event Production or activations, knowledge of fabrication and branding materials, strong vendor skills, and a willingness to travel for outstation events. MS Office and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in Event Production / Operations / Activations.
• Knowledge of fabrication, branding materials, staging, and event setup.
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
• Willingness to travel for outstation events.
