Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Mumbai is seeking an organized Event Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and experiential projects.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, engage with clients and vendors, and assist with planning, logistics, and venue arrangements to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Strong planning, problem solving, and on-ground execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day event operations and execution activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, venues, and internal departments.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, manpower, transportation, and venue arrangements.
• Conduct venue visits and assist with site inspections and setup planning.
• Coordinate fabrication, branding, decor, AV, and production requirements.
• Prepare event checklists, schedules, vendor briefs, and operational trackers.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor event setup, execution, and dismantling activities.
• Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain project documentation.
