Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Mumbai is seeking an Experiential Events Operations Executive to drive hands-on delivery of brand experiences, activations, corporate events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

You will coordinate with clients, creative teams, vendors and production partners, translate concepts into operational plans, supervise on-site setup, manage logistics, timelines and budgets, and provide live on-ground support during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in experiential marketing and brand activations.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong planning and on-ground execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing experiential marketing and brand activation projects.
• Coordinate with clients, creative teams, production agencies, and vendors.
• Translate event concepts into practical operational requirements.
• Coordinate fabrication, branding, décor, AV, furniture and other event elements.
• Assist with vendor sourcing and quotation collection.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Conduct venue visits and assist with feasibility checks.
• Coordinate transportation, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Supervise event setup and ensure execution according to approved plans.
• Provide on-ground support during live events.
• Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.
• Coordinate event dismantling and post-event activities.
• Maintain project trackers and prepare post-event reports.
