Job summary

All About ADS is seeking an experienced Event Production Lead to convert client briefs into actionable plans and steer large-scale events from concept to delivery.

You will manage a nationwide vendor network, oversee the production team, plan timelines and budgets, and ensure flawless on-ground execution across roadshows, exhibitions, awards and brand activations. Travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Event Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV, lighting, staging, décor, and logistics.
• Proven track record of independently managing multiple events.
• Excellent team leadership and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-ground issues quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events.

• Preferred candidate with a strong nationwide vendor network across categories - creative installations, fabrication, exhibitions, roadshows, new age tech and logistics.
• Plan timelines, budgets, manpower, logistics and vendor requirements.
• Manage different formats, including roadshows, exhibitions, award shows, corporate events, brand activations and large-scale events.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure competitive project costing.
• Supervise fabrication, production, installation, event execution and dismantling.
• Handle last-minute challenges and ensure smooth on-ground delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV, lighting, staging, dcor and logistics.
• Proven experience in independently managing multiple events.
• Strong team leadership, vendor pool and negotiation skills.
