Product Sales Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, industry directories, referrals, events, and other channels.


• Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.


• Build, maintain, and update prospect data in the CRM.


• Understand prospect requirements and map them to product capabilities.


• Conduct engaging product demos through video calls or in-person meetings.


• Handle objections and communicate product value effectively.


• Convert prospects into sign-ups and drive product adoption.


• Follow up with new clients for smooth onboarding and usage.


• Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve challenges.


• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and support issues.


• Track escalations until resolution and keep clients updated.


• Gather and share client feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred)


• 0-4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or SaaS sales


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)


• Comfortable running product demos and speaking to decision-makers


• Working knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting; familiarity with CRM tools


• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with targets
