Job summary

Beebom is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for Beebom Gadgets, our in-house product discovery platform. Based in Noida, this full-time, office-based role focuses on driving user growth, engagement, and product adoption across paid, organic, and partnership channels.

You will collaborate with Product, Editorial, SEO, Design, and Engineering teams to launch features that boost adoption and retention, while running growth experiments and optimizing campaigns for digital products.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing or similar.
• Experience marketing a consumer internet product, marketplace, e‑commerce platform, or digital product.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for digital products.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Beebom Gadgets and increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and product metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Work closely with Product, Editorial, SEO, Design, and Engineering teams to launch new features and improve user adoption.
• Plan and run growth experiments, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Build partnerships and identify new opportunities to expand the reach of Beebom Gadgets.
• Track key marketing metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
