Product Owner (Lending Products, Deposits)

Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner (Lending Products, Deposits) to own, create and optimize digital customer life cycle journeys for our wealth, retail and business banking customers. This role is instrumental for achieving business growth through a superior digital experience on website and mobile for new and existing customers, focusing on lifecycle management, IDV and ML-enabled functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Own, create and optimize digital customer life cycle journeys for wealth, retail and business banking customers
• Drive business growth through a superior digital experience across website and mobile channels
• Lead lifecycle management, IDV and CDD functionalities with ML enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and backlog
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, compliance and risk teams to deliver digital onboarding and CLM improvements

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience in the financial services industry (overall experience not exceeding 18 years)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and reach consensus when necessary
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, LeSS, SAFe)
