Job summary

moneycontrol.com is seeking to drive the growth and launch of new digital fintech products across credit and investments, owning customer journeys, platform readiness, and seamless partner integrations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in fintech or digital product roles, with experience in product development, growth, and cross-functional execution to deliver products on time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of fintech, digital lending, wealth-tech, or consumer internet products.
• Experience in new digital product development, product growth, customer journeys, or platform integrations.
• Exposure to Digital LAP, Digital Housing Loans, Digital Gold, Bonds, or other financial products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs, product flows, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new digital fintech products across credit and investments, aligned with customer needs and business opportunities.
• Drive the development and growth of Digital LAP and Digital Housing Loans, including digital acquisition, application journeys, partner integrations, and customer experience.
• Support the launch and growth of Digital Gold, Bonds, and other digital investment products.
• Drive acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and customer journey improvements across existing and new products.
• Own internal technology readiness, APIs, integrations, and dependencies required for seamless product launches and partner onboarding.
• Work with lenders, TSPs, and investment partners to enable seamless lead handoffs, data exchange, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Operations, Compliance, and partner teams to deliver products on time.
• Track funnel metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion, activation, and revenue.

Own customer journeys, identify new product opportunities, and ensure seamless partner integrations, internal technology readiness, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

New Digital Product Development:

Identify, evaluate, and launch new digital fintech products across credit and investments, aligned with customer needs and business opportunities.

Drive the development and growth of Digital LAP and Digital Housing Loans, including digital acquisition, application journeys, partner integrations, and customer experience.

Investment Products:

Support the launch and growth of Digital Gold, Bonds, and other digital investment products.

Product Growth:
