Job summary

Luna Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Product Manager – Automation to own the servo, VFD, HMI, PLC and motion control lines from roadmap to revenue.

You will define positioning, pricing, and lifecycle, and work with global principals to win key Indian customer deals. The role requires 4–8 years in product management or related fields and hands-on experience with automation components. This is a full-time role based in India with opportunities to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product management, application engineering or technical sales in industrial automation.
• Hands-on selection and sizing of servo systems and VFDs, plus knowledge of HMI/PLC and motion control.
• Experience working with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators.
• Strong presentation and training skills, and willingness to travel across India.

Product Manager – Automation

Own Luna's servo, VFD, HMI, PLC and motion control lines end to end, from roadmap to revenue.

Work directly with Panasonic, Shihlin, Flexem and Fatek, and turn great products into wins for India's machine builders.

Location: Navi Mumbai (Koparkhairane) HQ

The Role

You will be the product owner for Luna's automation portfolio: Panasonic servo motors and drives, Shihlin VFDs, Flexem HMIs, and Fatek PLCs and motion controllers. You will decide what we sell, how we position and price it, and how our sales team wins with it. You will work closely with our global principals and support key deals across India.

What You Will Do

Must Have

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 4–8 years in product management, application engineering or technical sales in industrial automation.
• Hands-on selection and sizing of servo systems and VFDs, plus working knowledge of HMI/PLC and motion control.
• Experience working with OEMs, machine builders and system integrators.
• Strong presentation and training skills, and willingness to travel across India.

Good to Have

• Experience with Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Schneider or similar brands is a plus.
• Experience working with overseas principals or at an automation distributor.
• Exposure to packaging, textile, plastics, CNC, HVAC, water or material handling applications.
• MBA in Marketing.
