Job summary

Lubi Electronics in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer - Automation Products to drive growth in the Pune region. You will engage with customers to understand automation requirements and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of industrial automation, strong sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors. Diploma/Bachelor in relevant field and 1+ year experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in sales engineering, preferably in automation or power supply products.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Industrial Automation products across the Pune region.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and guidance on product selection, application, and installation.
• Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, addressing customer queries in detail.
• Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support product improvements and campaigns.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.
