Job summary

DRC Systems is seeking a Product Implementation & Support Engineer to assist clients with the SkizzleHR platform, handling onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support.

The role requires coordinating with clients to collect data, guiding them through HRMS modules, and delivering online demos and training sessions. Strong communication in Hindi/English is essential, with a willingness to learn and manage multiple requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in product implementation, software support, or customer support.
• Experience with HRMS, HR software, payroll software, or SaaS products preferred.
• Good understanding of HR operations, attendance, leave management, and payroll concepts (basic).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good problem-solving, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, online meetings, and web-based software applications.
• Willingness to learn product functionality and manage multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and onboarding new clients onto SkizzleHR platform.
• Coordinate with clients to collect employee data and org structure details.
• Configure and guide clients on HRMS modules (Core HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll).
• Conduct online product demonstrations, training sessions, and client walkthroughs.
• Provide support via calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Troubleshoot queries related to attendance, leave, payroll, portal usage.
• Track client issues and follow up on pending queries to ensure resolution.
• Maintain documentation of client communications and implementation progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve bugs and complex issues.
• Help clients adopt the platform and maintain a positive experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product
Implementation & Support Executive to assist clients with the

implementation, configuration, adoption, and ongoing support
of SkizzleHR, our HRMS platform. The candidate will work closely

with clients to understand their requirements, guide them
through the product, and resolve their queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and onboarding new clients onto the SkizzleHR platform.
• Coordinate with clients to collect employee data, organizational structure details, and other implementation prerequisites.
• Configure and guide clients on HRMS modules, including Core HR, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, and other applicable modules.
• Conduct online product demonstrations, training sessions, and client walkthroughs.
• Provide support through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Troubleshoot client queries related to attendance, leave, employee records, payrollprocessing, and portal usage.
• Track client issues, follow up on pending queries, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of client communications, implementation progress, and support activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to resolve bugs and complex issues.
• Help clients adopt the platform effectively and maintain a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in product implementation, software support, customer support, or a similar role.
• Experience with HRMS, HR software, payroll software, or SaaS products is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR operations, attendance, leave management, and basic payroll concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good problem-solving, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, online meetings, and web-based software applications.
• Willingness to learn product functionality and manage multiple client requests.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with HRMS companies or platforms such as Keka, greytHR, Saral PayPack, or similar solutions.
• Customer-focused, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with implementation, support, product, and technical teams. sharing product knowledge with team members
