Savvy HRMS is hiring a Sr. Implementation Engineer in Noida to implement HR software and payroll solutions for clients. You will handle data uploads, policy configurations, and client requirements during implementation.

The role demands 1–5 years of IT experience, strong English communication, and hands-on HR software experience. Permanent position with growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR software/ERP solutions for clients.

• Upload data and map client requirements to the software.

• Manage timelines and plan project activities.
• Support clients during go-live and post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

• Ability to understand the client’s requirements and policies to implement in software.
• Communicating with clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums.
• Experience of Statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESIC, LWP, Professional Tax etc.).
• Resolved production support issues efficiently during the implementation phase.
• Strong time management & planning skills.
• Experience in HR Software/Payroll/Time Office preferred.
