Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software product implementation projects.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, track, and deliver projects within timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and other internal teams for successful delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure documentation and adherence to delivery processes.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive Agile/Scrum-based project execution and release management.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Travel to customer locations internationally, if required.

Project Manager Software Product Implementation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end software product implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, client communication, timelines, scope, risks, and coordination with internal technical teams.

The candidate should have strong experience in software development or software implementation projects and must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software product implementation projects.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, track, and deliver projects within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, and other internal teams for successful delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to delivery processes.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive Agile/Scrum-based project execution and release management.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Travel to customer locations internationally, if required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in Project Management.
• Experience managing software development or software product implementation projects.
• Strong experience handling fixed-price projects and scope management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of:

• PMP / Prince2 / CSM certification preferred.
• Experience in B2B software product environments.
• Aviation or airport operations domain knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders preferred.
