Job summary

Vilas Javdekar Developers requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering for on-site supervision of major amenity builds within a large project in Maharashtra. You will oversee gate cabin, driveways, landscaping, pools, gardens, and facade works, ensuring alignment, waterproofing, finishing and safety standards.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome; experienced candidates should have proven work exposure in amenity construction (pool, landscape, clubhouse, terrace, STP/OWC,

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn on-site are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates should have proven work exposure in amenity construction (pool, landscape, clubhouse, terrace, STP/OWC, or facade).
• Working knowledge of civil drawings, BOQ & site execution methods.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Excel / MS Project is an added advantage.
• Good communication & coordination skills for handling contractors and labor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality/progress records.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors & consultants for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards & statutory compliance on site.
• Report progress, issues & material requirements to Project Manager.
• Maintain drawings, work schedules & documentation for assigned areas.

Job description

Role :-

1. Main Project Entry, Gate Cabin & Driveway

• Supervise construction of gate cabin, waiting area & boom barrier installation
• Ensure correct alignment, levels & finishing of driveway (paver/asphalt/concrete)
• Coordinate entry landscaping, signage, lighting & drainage works

2. Landscape Amenities (Swimming Pool, Garden, Temple, Play Courts, Water Bodies)

• Supervise swimming pool shell construction, waterproofing, tiling & filtration system
• Oversee garden development including plantation, turfing, irrigation & pathways
• Monitor temple structure, flooring & finishing works
• Supervise play court flooring, fencing, markings & lighting
• Ensure quality execution of water bodies/fountains including waterproofing & pump systems

3. Built Amenities (Gym, Clubhouse, Spa, Yoga Room, etc.)

• Coordinate civil, flooring, false ceiling & finishing works for clubhouse
• Supervise gym flooring, mirror walls, ventilation & AC provisions
• Oversee spa area waterproofing, tiling & plumbing works
• Ensure quality finish for yoga room, indoor games room & multipurpose hall

4. Top Terrace Amenities

• Ensure proper terrace waterproofing before flooring/finishing works
• Supervise terrace garden, seating areas, jogging track & party lawn execution
• Monitor parapet wall safety, railings & drainage systems

5. STP, OWC, Drivers Room & Janitor Room

• Supervise civil construction of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) & OWC (Organic Waste Converter)
• Ensure proper ventilation, odor control & piping/valve chamber access
• Oversee finishing of drivers room & janitor room including flooring, storage & plumbing

6. Building Facade Treatments

• Supervise external plaster, texture/cladding & painting works as per approved design
• Ensure quality waterproofing at facade joints, parapets & balconies
• Monitor railing installation, window fixing, sealant application & sunshade works

7. House to Home Customization Audits

• Conduct a detailed audit as per customization records and drawings for individual units.
• Ensure proper quality is met in the customizations and elevate and solve if not.

Responsibility :-
