Job summary

E C R Buildtech is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead on-site construction activities in Gurugram. You will supervise daily operations, ensure adherence to drawings and project schedules, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to maintain quality and progress.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience with RCC, structural works and safety compliance. You will manage manpower, materials and progress, while solving site challenges and ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 7–12 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in RCC composite structure, structural and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Good experience in site execution and subcontractor management.
• Ability to monitor manpower, material and daily progress.
• Good knowledge of quality control and safety requirements.
• Experience in quantity measurement and RA bill verification.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle assigned work fronts.
