Job summary

Qualifications

• 710+ years of experience in procurement within infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or construction.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiations, and subcontracting.
• Understanding of procurement processes, commercial terms, and legal terminology related to contracts.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, Oracle, or other e-procurement / Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for projects.
• Manage procurement activities, supplier negotiations, subcontracting, and framework agreements.
• Support project procurement during proposal, planning, execution, and closeout.
• Implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, policies, and procurement governance.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage supplier onboarding, prequalification, performance, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and procurement support teams.
• Analyse procurement data and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
• Lead and develop procurement team members.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives across the supply chain.
