Job summary

Mangrow HR is seeking an experienced Manager for Supply Chain & Procurement in Mumbai to lead end-to-end procurement across EPC, MEP, Industrial, Pharma and Semiconductor projects. You will own procurement strategy, OEM sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization and ERP governance.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain and procurement, with at least 5 years of team leadership and exposure to EPC/MEP/Pharma sectors. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Supply Chain & Procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement preferred.
• Strong exposure to EPC, MEP, Pharma, Semiconductor, or Industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Manage OEM procurement for MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Process Utility, and Cleanroom systems.
• Lead vendor development, qualification, and performance management.
• Manage long-lead equipment planning and procurement schedules.
• Drive commercial negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure procurement compliance, documentation, and ERP governance.
• Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
