Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for infrastructure and urban development projects. The role includes procurement planning, tendering, vendor management, contract administration, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory procurement guidelines.

• Manage the complete tendering process, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award.
