FNZ Group in Gurgaon is seeking a procurement professional with 2–12 years of experience to drive sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts across key categories.

You will lead end-to-end procurement activities, conduct spend analysis, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver cost savings and value while upholding governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–12 years of experience in procurement roles.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Supplier Governance.
• Experience negotiating contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and procurement governance.

Responsabilités

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement professional with 2-12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Supplier Governance. The role will be responsible for driving sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial contracts, and delivering cost, service, and risk outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across assigned categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and relationship management.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions to achieve cost savings and value creation.
• Coordinate and manage RFP/RFQ processes within established procurement frameworks.
• Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, KPIs, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and maintain procurement governance standards.
• Analyze spend, market trends, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to identify savings opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide procurement expertise and influence commercial decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, controls, and supplier management practices.
