Job summary

K DAMAC Shared Services in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Tender Support/Analyst to coordinate and manage tender processes across technical and projects teams. You will upload documents, follow up with contractors for timely submissions, and prepare clarifications, addenda, and tender openings summaries for senior management review.

You will consolidate tender documents, analyze revisions, and draft LON/WO with contracts for vendor signature, supporting the SVP- Commercial and contracts teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with technical / Projects team to upload documents in PRO-Tender
• Follow up with contractors for timely tender submission
• Coordinate with technical for tender clarifications / addendum etc
• Tender opening and presentation of tender opening summary for senior management review
• Conducting detailed tender analysis and summarizing the observations
• Preparation of points for discussion and negotiation and review of the same with team head
• Updating comparisons based on revised offer submissions
• Preparation of RFA draft upon receipt of revised offers and uploading the same in e-connect upon signature by SVP- Commercial.
• Preparation of LON / WO draft upon RFA approval for review by contracts
• Issuance of the final LON / LOA /WO to the vendors for their acceptance and signature
• Consolidation of tender documents, verification of the same and forwarding the same for preparation of contract documentation
