Job summary

Shining Stars Institution & travels is seeking an experienced Trainer to lead Insurance process training in Gurugram. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive induction, process, product, and refresher sessions for new and existing staff with emphasis on customer handling and sales techniques.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Insurance/BFSI, BPO, or Call Centre operations, plus strong communication and presentation skills to coach and develop employees effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification is mandatory.
• Prior experience as a Trainer in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, BPO, or Call Centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance/BFSI processes and customer-facing operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, process, product, and refresher training for employees.

• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, mock calls, role plays, and knowledge checks.

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team and drive training and development for our Insurance process. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, BPO, or Call Centre operations and a strong ability to train, coach, and develop employees.

Compensation
