Job summary

Globiva in Gurgaon is seeking a Process Trainer (Sales) to design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO sales environment. The role focuses on building competency and productivity through structured training.

You will conduct NHT, OJT, and refresher sessions, coach on sales techniques and objection handling, and monitor effectiveness with assessments and performance tracking, while coordinating with Operations, Quality and WFM to ensure SOPs and

• 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer in Sales BPO.
• Strong experience in Sales Training, NHT, OJT and Refresher Training.
• Good understanding of sales metrics, conversion and productivity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of BPO Sales/Outbound Sales.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• 6 days working.
