Job summary

Ascent Business Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a Process Trainer AR with strong experience in US Healthcare RCM, Hospital Billing AR, and mandatory EPIC expertise. You will design and deliver hands-on training, develop SOPs, and drive assessments to ensure readiness for production support.

You will train on AR workflows, denial management, payer processes, and conduct knowledge checks, nesting, and certification.

Qualifications

• Update training content based on process changes, client requirements, payer updates, and operational feedback.
• Create scenario-based assessments to evaluate practical AR knowledge.
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories.
