Job description

We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer to design and deliver training programs for Revenue Cycle Management processes in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong subject matter expertise and a passion for coaching teams to improve performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on end-to-end RCM processes:
  • Patient Registration
  • Insurance Verification
  • Medical Coding (ICD-10, CPT)basic
  • Charge Entry
  • Payment Posting
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) & Denials Management
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
• Conduct new hire training and refresher sessions
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams to identify skill gaps
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Track training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM processes
• Experience in training or mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS tools
• Ability to simplify complex processes for learners
