Eclat Health Solutions India Pvt Ltd !!! in Mumbai seeks an experienced Process Trainer with strong knowledge of Prior Authorization – Hospital Billing (Inpatient Services) to deliver process training, improve employee performance, and ensure adherence to client and operational standards.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, SOPs, conducting new-hire and refresher sessions, and monitoring trainee performance across US Healthcare RCM workflows to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Hospital Billing.
• Understanding of payer requirements and medical necessity for inpatient workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Experience in training delivery, assessments and performance reporting.

Location: Mumbai Department: US Healthcare RCM Experience: 8 - 12 Years (Relevant Prior Auth Hospital Training Experience Preferred)

Job Summary
