Job summary

Ascent Business Solutions in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced US Hospital Billing AR Caller to support US health plans. You will perform timely follow-ups on outstanding claims, verify insurance, and track claim status to maximize reimbursements.

The role requires EPIC PMS experience, knowledge of denials and appeals, and the ability to work night shifts for US operations. Excellent communication with a neutral accent is essential, along with adherence to HIPAA guidelines and productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Hospital Billing AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience with EPIC PMS.
• Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient Hospital Billing.
• Strong understanding of Denial Management, Appeals and Reconsiderations, Insurance Verification, Claim Status Follow-up, and Payment Posting.
• Knowledge of US payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
