Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Darwin Specialist for Mumbai to manage international benefits programs and payroll workflows within Darwin box. The role requires hands-on experience with benefits administration and strong Workday proficiency, as well as solid Excel skills and vendor coordination.

Based in Mumbai, the candidate will support 24x7 delivery model considerations, liaise with global payroll teams, and ensure accurate incident tracking and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in international benefits and Darwin box.
• Strong hands-on experience managing benefits administration and payroll workflows within Darwin box.
• Ability to drive defect resolutions, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
• Experience in handling incident tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HR, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex benefits-related issues.
• Strong English communication skills for engaging with international clients, payroll teams, and vendors.
• Experience working on pilot processes and creating process documentation.
• Prior Experience In International (non-US) Benefits Administration.
