Job summary

Itzelbaath in India is seeking a Darwinbox HRMS Specialist with strong hands‑on experience in HRMS transformation. You will configure modules, build workflows, and manage IAM and integrations to support seamless HR operations.

You will collaborate with HR teams, vendors, and AMS partners to deliver end-to-end HRMS solutions and drive improvements across Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, and other Darwinbox modules.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in HRMS / HR Technology / HR Operations.
• 5+ years of overall HRMS experience preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on Darwinbox experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Darwinbox modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, PMS, Timesheet, Onboarding/Offboarding, Helpdesk) and build workflows using Darwinbox Studio.
• Manage IAM, user access, roles, and system administration; lead process enhancements.
• Drive integrations with Payroll, ERP, SSO, Biometrics and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with HR, business teams, vendors, and AMS partners for seamless delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a Darwinbox HRMS Specialist with strong hands‑on experience in HRMS transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Darwinbox modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, PMS, Timesheet, Onboarding/Offboarding, Helpdesk)
  Build workflows, forms, automations, and validations using Darwinbox Studio
• Manage IAM, user access, roles, and system administration activities
  Lead process enhancements
• Drive integrations with Payroll, ERP, SSO, Biometrics, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with HR, business teams, vendors, and AMS partners for seamless delivery
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands‑on experience with Darwinbox HRMS
• Working knowledge of Darwinbox Studio
• Experience in HRMS configuration, implementation, support, and enhancements
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of HRMS integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
• Experience in UAT, BRD preparation, requirement gathering, and process documentation
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take end‑to‑end ownership of deliverables
