Job summary

Xceedance in Kolkata is seeking a Policy Submission Associate to handle end-to-end insurance processes, input data into systems, and issue policies and invoices. The role requires graduates with 0–1 year property and casualty insurance exposure, strong communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team while meeting client expectations.

The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and proactive collaboration with teammates to ensure seamless policy processing

Qualifications

• Graduates with no IT or MBA backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end insurance business and process data into systems/databases.
• Process requests based on company rules and policies.
• Issue policies and invoices on behalf of the client; perform reconciliations as needed.
• Support the team by handling various tasks in the policy lifecycle.
• Operate processes with strict adherence to defined SLAs.

Position Title: Policy Submission Associate

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end insurance business
• Analyse and input data into systems / databases
• Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
• Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle
• Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements

Qualifications:

• Graduates, no IT or MBA
• 0 to 1 years of property and casualty insurance experience
