Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric India is seeking a qualified QA/quality systems professional to support tooling and problem-solving initiatives in our Gujarat operations. The role emphasizes IATF-16949, PPAP, PFMEA, APQP and SPC, with a focus on robust process development.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with QA tools, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP; Gujarat domicile preferred; automobile experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Gujarat domicile preferred.
• Electrical background advantageous.
• Having Automobile experience will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Apply PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA, APQP in projects.
• Use 7QC tools, G8D, Why-Why analysis, FTA to resolve issues.
• Plan and manage projects including customer complaints, audits and new development activities.
• Maintain service quality under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of core tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA, APQP) and IATF-16949.


• Analytical and problem-solving methodology (7QC tools, G8D, Why-Why analysis, FTA etc.).


• Planning and project management skills (customer complaints, Audits and new development activities etc).


• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer services.


• Excellent computer proficiency i.e. MS Office (Word, excel, PPT, Outlook etc.) and ERP (Oracle, SAP etc)

Preferred candidate profile

• Gujarat Domicile candidates are preferred


• Having Automobile Experience will be added advantage.


• Electrical Background
