Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an Executive / Jr. Executive for SCM & Odoo Operations. The role focuses on day-to-day Odoo ERP transactions, documentation, order processing, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Projects and Finance teams.

The candidate will ensure accurate entry of SCM transactions in Odoo and support MIS reporting and master data updates. Freshers with good Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce or related field; fresher considered.

• Odoo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process Odoo ERP transactions (SO, MR, PO, GRN) and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, Projects and Finance to resolve transactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly SCM reports from Odoo and maintain Excel trackers.
• Assist with master data creation/update for products, vendors, customers, warehouses.

Executive / Jr. Executive – SCM & Odoo Operations

Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Designation: Executive / Jr. Executive – SCM & Odoo Operations

Experience: 0–2 Years

Industry: Solar / Manufacturing / EPC

1. Job Purpose

To support the SCM department in day-to-day Odoo ERP transactions, documentation, order processing and coordination with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Projects, Sales and Finance teams.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all SCM transactions are entered correctly and on time in Odoo.

2. Key Responsibilities

Odoo ERP Operations

• Create and process Sales Orders (SO) in Odoo.
• Create and process Material Requests (MR) as per approved requirements.
• Create/maintain Purchase Requests and other SCM-related transactions as applicable.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) under the guidance of the procurement team.
• Process Goods Receipts / GRN in coordination with the Stores/Warehouse team.
• Process material transfers between locations/warehouses.
• Update dispatch and delivery-related information in Odoo.
• Maintain proper documentation against each transaction.
• Check that required approvals are completed before processing transactions.
• Identify incorrect or incomplete entries and coordinate for correction.

SCM Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, Projects and Finance teams.
• Follow up for pending SO, MR, PO, GRN and other SCM transactions.
• Maintain daily status of pending SCM transactions.
• Support the SCM team in maintaining accurate system records.
• Coordinate with users/departments to resolve Odoo transaction-related issues.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly SCM reports from Odoo.
• Prepare reports for:
  • Open SO
  • Pending MR
  • Open PO
  • Pending GRN
  • Material transfer
  • Pending dispatch
  • Other SCM activities
• Maintain Excel-based trackers wherever required.

Master Data Support

• Support creation/update of:
  • Product/item master
  • Vendor master
  • Customer master
  • Warehouse/location master
  • UOM and other basic SCM master data
• Ensure duplicate or incorrect entries are avoided.

3. Candidate Profile

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, BBA, B.Com or related field.
• Freshers can be considered.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in SCM, Procurement, Stores, Logistics or ERP operations.
• Candidates with Odoo experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good Excel and computer skills can also be considered.

4. Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Willingness to learn Odoo ERP.

5. Preferred Skills

• SAP/ERP experience.
• Knowledge of SO, MR, PO, GRN and inventory processes.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
