Responsibilities

• Possess basic knowledge of RCM‑AP/AR (Voice)
• Process claims and handle incoming/outgoing calls, taking appropriate actions per process guidelines
• Use company policies to determine immediate resolution or managerial input for customer issues
• Input data into the company platform to keep each customer record updated
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings through TAT and quality standards based on client SLAs
• Investigate, adjust, remit, or deny claims, directing queries to the managerial team when necessary
• Mentor and coach new team members as required
• Demonstrate active listening, influencing skills, and a passion to learn
• Make quick and accurate decisions to achieve customer satisfaction
