Qualifications

• Experience working with spreadsheets is preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide research and clerical support to determine claimant eligibility for insurance claims.
• Gather statistics and input data onto client-provided rating mechanism.
• Support and assist the onshore team.
• Work with underwriting on commercial and residential property quotes using rating mechanisms.
• Assist with completing rates and premiums.
• Perform administrative duties for new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings.
• Help onshore team in logging and setting up new claims.
• Ensure accuracy of information to determine proper processing for all business segments.
• Conduct pre-litigation claims activities for the insurance domain.
• Support underwriting and distribution activities with basic product knowledge.

• Provide support and assistance to onshore team.
• Work with the insurance underwriting department by working on commercial and residential properties quotes using rating mechanism.
• Staff will assist with the completion of rates and premiums.
• Perform administrative duties regarding new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss runs, and loss ratings.
• Help Onshore team logging and setting up new claims
• Good attention to detail
• Gather, review, and ensure the accuracy of information to determine proper processing for all segments of business.
• Perform various pre- Litigation claims activities for Insurance domain.
• Basic knowledge of company insurance products; support underwriting and distribution activities.
• 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred.
