Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: perform insurance back-office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
• Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and turnaround time targets.
• Follow SOPs, SLAs, and client-specific guidelines.
• Validate and update policyholder information and documents.
• Quality and Productivity: meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time aims and participate in internal quality audits.
• Rework cases promptly and implement feedback from Team Leader or QA.
• Compliance and Documentation: ensure policy and client data privacy standards are followed and confidentiality is maintained.
• Maintain records related to work, productivity, and effort; participate in team huddles and training.
• Follow attendance and shift adherence; support team goals during high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence:
• Perform insurance‑related back‑office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support.
• Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and TAT requirements.
• Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client‑specific insurance guidelines.
• Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents.
• Quality and Productivity:
• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in internal quality audits.
• Rework assigned cases promptly and implement feedback shared by the Team Leader or QA team.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and policyholder information.
• Keep accurate records related to work completed, productivity, and effort tracking.
• Actively participate in team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
