Job summary

Movate Technologies is seeking a QA auditor to ensure process quality and adherence. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong auditing skills, and the ability to work accurately at pace in a 24x7 environment.

You will conduct regular audits, review findings, and participate in bi-weekly IT meetings to drive improvements. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, plus excellent written and verbal communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 Month-2years of experience as QA.
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to Learn.
• Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Basic computer Knowledge and Basic knowledge on Technologies.
• Candi dates should be open to a shift 24x7.
• should be able to Conduct regular Process QA audits.
• Maintain working knowledge of quality standards and SLAs.
• Perform quality refresher trainings and test process knowledge Assessments.
• Make recommendations and suggestions to rectify and implement defects in Process Adherence.
• Create, Review, and Refine audits and errors of Engineers.
• Participates in bi-weekly meetings with IT engineers and Managers.
• Reach daily audit Target of 10 audits daily with efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance levels.
• Good Knowledge on Excel and Reports, Ms Office, Power point PPT, with a Typing speed of 90 words per min with 95% accuracy.
• A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT engineers and systems.
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
• A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
• Extensive experience in quality control or Audits.
• weekly Call Calibrations and Up skill trainings.
• Keen attention to detail and performance Conduct evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work 9 hours of Production every day.
• Able to work and stretch working hours at sometimes only when needed.

Responsibilities

• Audit processes and ensure adherence to QA standards.
• Conduct regular Process QA audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Review and refine audits and engineer errors.
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with IT engineers and managers.
• Achieve daily audit targets with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide refresher trainings and knowledge assessments.
• Utilize Excel/MS Office for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain safety and quality control focus across the production floor.
• Work 9 hours daily with potential shift extensions as needed.
• Adapt to rotational shifts and week offs as required.
