Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Process Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Knowledge of CMMI, ISO, Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience with quality tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel dashboards).
