Job summary

Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Process Quality Analyst to ensure compliance with QA standards and drive audit quality across IT processes.

You will conduct regular QA audits, maintain SLAs, provide refresher trainings, and collaborate with IT engineers and managers. The role requires 6 months to 2 years of QA experience, strong communication, Excel proficiency, and a willingness to work rotational shifts including night hours.

• Provide recommendations to rectify defects and improve processes.
• Generate and review reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support safety standards and quality control initiatives.
• Work 9 hours per day with possible shift extensions and rotations.

• Good Knowledge on Excel and Reports, Ms Office, Power point PPT, with a Typing speed of 90 words per min with 95% accuracy.

• Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT engineers and systems.
