As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Quality & Process Auditor who can independently evaluate the quality of our operations, identify gaps, improve processes and help build a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
The Role
This is not a traditional software-testing QA position.
You will work across departments to audit processes, deliverables, SOP compliance, operational efficiency and quality standards.
Your objective will be simple:
Find what is going wrong, understand why it is happening, and help us build systems that prevent it from happening again.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic quality and process audits across different departments.
- Review team deliverables for accuracy, completeness and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Audit whether teams are following established SOPs, workflows and internal processes.
- Identify operational gaps, recurring mistakes, bottlenecks and quality risks.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring quality and operational issues.
- Work with department heads to establish measurable quality standards and audit checklists.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and SOPs.
- Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure identified issues are properly closed.
- Create department-level quality scorecards and audit reports.
- Monitor recurring errors and identify trends across teams.
- Conduct random/sample audits to independently verify quality.
- Identify processes that can be standardized, automated or simplified.
- Present audit findings and improvement recommendations to management.
- Follow up with department heads until corrective actions are implemented.
- Help create a company-wide culture of process discipline, accountability and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Auditing, Operations Excellence, Internal Audit, Process Improvement or similar roles.
- Experience in an IT services company, digital agency, BPO/KPO, performance marketing company or other multi-department service organization is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Commerce or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SOPs, process mapping, audit methodologies and Root Cause Analysis.
- Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards and reports.
- Ability to communicate audit findings clearly and professionally.
- Ability to question existing processes and challenge assumptions with data.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
- High level of integrity and independence.
Added Advantages
Experience or certification in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Lean Six Sigma
- ISO Quality Management Systems
- Internal Auditing
- Business Process Management
- Project Management
How Success Will Be Measured
Your performance will be measured through indicators such as:
- Reduction in recurring errors
- Improvement in SOP compliance
- Audit completion and coverage
- Corrective-action closure rate
- Reduction in delivery/client-related quality issues
- Improvement in department quality scores
- Number and impact of process improvements implemented
- Identification and prevention of operational risks
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
You may be a great fit if you are the kind of person who:
- Notices problems others miss.
- Loves finding the root cause behind recurring issues.
- Believes every recurring problem should eventually become a process improvement.
- Can work independently without being influenced by individual departments.
- Uses data rather than assumptions.
- Doesn’t just report problems—you follow through until they are solved.
If you enjoy understanding how businesses operate and improving the systems behind them, we’d love to hear from you.
