About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA & Audit Associate to support our Quality Assurance and Audit department. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting application and document audits, identifying vulnerabilities through systematic testing, and preparing structured audit reports. You will collaborate across teams to ensure operational processes meet quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct regular audits of applications and documents to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
2. Manage and maintain detailed error reports, tracking findings and resolutions in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Implement risk assessment checklists and evaluate operational processes, coordinating with team managers across departments to ensure alignment.
4. Perform random sample testing and data checks through structured inquiries to identify, document, and resolve operational vulnerabilities.
5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations and submit in accordance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
6. Perform any additional duties related to the job function as assigned by the Manager or senior team members of B4S.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in stream or a related field
• Experience: 2 years in audit, QA, compliance, or a similar role
