The successful candidate will help monitor attendance, support area managers, and participate in safety initiatives while contributing to production goals and operational excellence.

Formación

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Help manage daily department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
• Provide coverage for Area Managers.
• Follow policies, track attendance, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates and verifying SOP compliance.
• Support area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Fill in with production duties as needed.
• Understand workflow and daily production goals.
• Review and update SOP as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Identify and address safety hazards in the work area.
• Coach associates to work safely at all times.
• Participate in safety initiatives.
• Refer all job injuries to the area manager.

Job Title: Process Assistant ( Proc)

Location: Bangalore

Summary:

Associates who apply for this position should be available to work any shift. This position is open for multiple departments.

Key Job Elements:

• Support and work in the department as required

• Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers

• Providing coverage for Area Managers

• Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)

• Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours

• Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance

• Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance

• Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity

• Filling in as needed with production duties

• Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals

• Reviewing and updating SOP as required

• Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized

• Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area

• Coaching associates to work safely at all times

• Participating in safety initiatives

• Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

• High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
