The role involves conducting audits, calculating QC metrics, maintaining audit logs, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and proficient MS Office experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in service/delivery environment (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and patterns.
• Clear, directive communication focused on actionable outcomes.
• Detail orientated, impartial, and accountable approach.
• High Accuracy in audits, reports and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• ISO 9001/QMS awareness or certification is a plus.
