Job summary

AMS, based in Pune, is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will lead sourcing using market insights and act as a trusted advisor for niche hiring needs.

You will deliver high-quality shortlists with clear recommendations, adapt strategies based on feedback and market challenges, and coach junior team members to solve problems effectively.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Lead sourcing strategies using talent intelligence and market insights to attract the right talent.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor by confidently recommending solutions for challenging or niche hiring needs.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations and relevant candidate insights.
• Use candidate feedback and market challenges to adapt recruitment strategies, including new locations or talent pools.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support problem-solving.
