Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or BFSI hiring in Pune. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates via LinkedIn and Naukri, coordinate interviews, and drive offers while building niche talent pipelines.

The role requires 2–5 years of TA experience with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Investment Banking, Capital Markets, BFSI, or Financial Services roles.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
