Job summary

Sumadhura Infracon is seeking a dynamic pre-sales executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team in Hyderabad.

You will maintain CRM data, follow up with prospects, and drive conversions while delivering an exceptional customer experience across the pre-sales journey. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required for premium client interactions.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Presales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Proven experience in telecalling and customer handling is mandatory.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Selling premium or luxury financial products such as American Express (Amex) Cards, Platinum Cards, or other high-end banking products.
• Customer support or guest relations in the airline industry.
• Customer-facing roles in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
• Experience handling high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or premium clientele.
